Valentina Trentini is the artist and mind behind Brushetta Signs, a female owned professional Sign painting and Design Company based in Los Angeles, CA. A one-person operation, Brushetta Signs is offering and crafting high quality signs, murals, gold leaf and more since 2017.
Growing up in Italy, Valentina was fully immersed in an historic city like Bologna where arts and crafts are a huge part of the city culture, she was inspired to expand her knowledge of art while in High School (Art Institute) and University (LUNA Art & Design University). This artistic culture is ingrained in her and fuels her deepest passion of creativity that translates into every individualized piece of work.
She began painting signs using traditional techniques after studying with the renowned American Sign painter Mike Meyer who taught her different techniques and transmitted her his passions for signs. She refined her painting skills attending LATTC Sign Graphics College in Los Angeles, studying under Doc Guthrie and Carlos Aguilar. She is collaborating under various projects with the Gilder Rod Treece and the Sign painter Chris McNeil. Currently, she is expanding her knowledge of gold leaf studying with John Studden.
